Who we are

Keeler Carpentry ("we," "us") is a custom carpentry company serving Central Ohio. You can reach us at chad@keelercarpentry.com.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type, and your project description. We also receive standard technical information (such as IP address) used solely for security and spam prevention.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, prepare quotes, and manage our work together. If you separately opt in, we may send you text messages as described in the SMS section below.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate our business (such as our CRM and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

SMS / text messaging

If you check the corresponding consent box on our contact form, we may send you marketing text messages (special offers and service updates) and/or non-marketing text messages (consultation scheduling, project status updates, and service notifications) at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary and message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance, reply STOP at any time to opt out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Data retention & security

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations. Information is stored in our CRM behind access controls; form submissions travel over encrypted connections.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or withdraw SMS consent, at any time by emailing chad@keelercarpentry.com or replying STOP to any text.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy we will post the new version on this page with a revised date.
